Customers deserve to know the lifecycle of the products they are buying. That means all our cattle are NHTC, a USDA-approved, third-party audit that verifies source, age and non-hormone treatment status.

The importance of stewardship has been passed down through five generations and we’re committed to continuing to care for the land and our cattle.
Our cattle are GAP certified meaning our cattle are always raised without antibiotics, hormones or animal by-products.
